CPSIA Tracking Labels for Childrens Products-Update III

The Commissioners of the Consumer Product Safety Commission have unanimously approved a Policy Statement on the “tracking labels” requirement for children’s products mandated by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA).

The policy statement explains CPSC’s interpretation of the “tracking label” requirement and provides guidance on how it intends to enforce it.
